Is shipping free?
Since our shipments are done in bulk, we offer free shipping worldwide once you reach a certain order amount.



How long will it take for me to receive my package?
We try to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase to ensure you receive your hqpet™ product as quickly as possible. You will typically receive your package within 3-14 business days after placing your order.
